Fatman: I started 14 years ago at 215 pounds of wasted youth. I worked at a pizza shop and liked to enjoy sayings "drink till you puke” which led me to join rest of the world in obesity. After some soul searching and guidance I found fitness to be the drug/drink I couldn't put down. My adventure through it has made me realize I am an athletic (as we all are) with some small dedication and commitment. Yet I wasn't enjoying it enough. I spent great times with the Hash House Harriers in multiple countries. I then pursued the "body building" avenue, not being dedicated enough with my eating habits I gained size an strength but still wasn't excited to go to the gym. Finally after surgery I discovered Crossfit. I found myself surrounded by others with similar wants and needs in fitness. Now I find my self embedded in the creature that has become Crossfit and puke a little in my mouth when I say it. I am continuing to expand my knowledge with training.
